Hi! I'm Thomas.
For years, I have had nut butter with almost all my meals. One day, I started mixing it with other ingredients like granola, toasted coconut flakes, and coarsely chopped nuts to add texture.    
In June of 2023, I brought some of my "crunch" butter to a party and the reaction from guests gave me the first inclination that I might be on to something. A few weeks later, I had my cottage food operator's license and was hawking the stuff to my friends and family.  People kept asking for more, so I kept making more!
As of now, I am expanding to farmers markets and retail distribution. And down the line, I anticipate the addition of new flavors.
